Our goal and biggest passion is to create movies.

The most important thing for us is the story. We try to search for the most interesting plots and characters. The fundamental element of our work is always the script. We create, write, change, cut, help and realise scripts.

We are looking for the most talented people for our projects: young, promising, often before their debut, but always promising. They love cinema as much as we do. Together, we make intriguing feature films, addictive series and moving documentaries.

We also like to pass on our knowledge to others, which is why for years we have been running workshops aimed at directing young filmmakers, instilling in them an absolute love for cinema, but above all, teaching them to write film and TV scripts that we would like to produce ourselves. Our workshops are also a small, private talent incubator for us. And many graduates stay with us for years.

We make a good team. Screenwriters, directors, cinematographers, line producers, marketing specialists, but also our students, graduates and partners. We are all one great Bahama Films community.

Team members have worked on big international films, TV and advertising projects, but also on small and off projects, both artistic and more commercial. We have worked for the largest (including HBO, Netflix, Viaplay, Canal+, TVP, TVN, Polsat, Endemol and Monolith Films), the smaller ones (including ATM, Constantin Entertainment, Paprika and TV Nova) and the smallest who are just starting out.

Each new project is a new challenge for us. We try to do our best during the implementation, not forgetting to smile and have fun, which we always have inextricably linked with work. After all, we are BAHAMA FILMS!

The team is headed by its captain, Wiktor Piątkowski.
