The Finále Plzeň Film Festival (Czech Republic) started with “Bahama” accent. Wiktor Piątkowski – Bahama Films’ founder, and the author of The Pack, first Polish HBO production, was a member of the jury of the competition!
During the Festival Wiktor had the pleasure to watch varied productions from many countries. He also handed award for the best TV film to Lucia Belohradska for “A Case for a Skier”. According to the international jury, best series was Czech “Kosmo” – the series about space colonization led by Czechs, Slovaks and Poles.
It was the 30th edition of Finále Plzeň Film Festival. The festival is a real feast for Czech cinematography. Over the years authors such as Petr Václav, Petr Zelenka, Juraj Jakubisko and Vojtěch Jasný have presented their projects there.
